December 9, 2015 Monthly Meeting Of the Pine River Ranches Landowners Association

 

Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm by John Salsbury. Board members in attendance John Salsbury, Pat LeRoy, John Dustin, Shane French and Susan McLaughlin.

Minutes from November approved.

Treasurers Report, read and approved. Invoice to be paid was approved. There are houses / lots under contract , Pat has provided all required information to the parties involved. General Account balance: $ 15,403.62 . Winter account: $2,660.30. Pat will be mailing out yearly assessments this week.

Old Business:

 

Snow Removal- PAP has not signed their contract but will be doing snow removal.

 

Beavers: John Dustin has eliminated a couple of beavers.

 

Culvert on Gomers:  a certified letter has been sent to Bruce Gomer requesting that he clean out his culvert that is causing flooding near the road.  Gomer has a dam that is insufficient and is threatening the road. Click looked at the situation with John Dustin and John Salsbury.

 

Pond:  The pond is lower now, the levels are consistent with past years. John Dustin will go and assess the situation.

 

Internet: no new information.

 

Notice Board: John Dustin provided information on purchasing a notice board prices $500- $ 600.  John moved to approve the purchase of the board. It was approved by all.

 

 

New Business:

 

Budget preparation for January: snow removal and spring grading. Changes will be a fall road grading, and culvert clean out, road base on the pond road, weed spraying around the pond, bridge work, audit on treasurers books, notice board and more dust abatement.
