Dear Neighbors,
First, we want to thank Duane Nelson for leading the common space management committee with so much dedication and expertise for so many years. His departure is a huge loss for our community and we also wish Duane & Tammy all the best in their new home! And as Duane reminded us, none of what we’ve been able to accomplish over the last years would be possible if it wasn’t for the MANY people who come together to maintain our community and keep it safe.In light of this, we are asking for volunteers to step up and join the common space management committee and take on lead or support roles in the areas below. Thank you to Dan Holloway and Florian Walchack for already stepping up! Before you volunteer, please also peruse the attached calendar Duane created for us to ensure you’ll be available during the time of year maintenance activities need to occur.
Please email pineriverhoa@gmail.com if you’d like to volunteer and for what role OR sign up at the post boxes.
