MINUTES OF BUDGET MEETING – September 13, 2025

- The meeting was called to order at 10:04 AM by Dave Atkins
- Board Members in attendance: Dan Holloway, Alisha Luman, Megan Connolly, & Dave Adkins
- PRRLOA Members Present: Duane Nelson, Jim Clay, Michael Arnall, & Susan Brighton
2. Presentation & Discussion of Proposed Budget for 2026
- Copies of budget handed out to those present; Dan noted this is the budget p prepared by the previous treasurer and presented at the annual meeting in July.
- Jim Clay expressed that we need to consider raising our annual assessment fees due to an increase in costs of services/supplies. He noted that our annual assessment fees are lower than many HOAs in the area
- Duane seconded this opinion, noting that we need to double our budgeting for chip and seal, and increase assessment to avoid a special assessment in the near future. He also noted concerns over the bridge, which will still need replacing in the future and will likely require a loan.
- Duane also noted that the budgeted $5000 for snow removal is not adequate for years with heavy snow (last heavy year we spent ~$8500 on snow removal)
- Board members present noted that we will consider the need for an increase in annual assessment during the year
- No other questions or concerns were voiced by those present.
3. Dan Holloway moved to adjourn the meeting at 10:21am. Susan Brightman seconded.
