ADDENDUM

TRASH CONTAINMENT

  1. During periods when significant construction is taking place on any given lot, dumpsters, shipping containers, and debris boxes may be placed on such lot for a period of time consistent with and over the course of construction or 12 months, whichever is less.  At all other times, resident’s trash receptacles are limited to 96 gallons in size, and the lids must be kept closed whenever such receptacle is on the property and outdoors.  (See also Covenants, Conditions, &Restrictions,  Item #16)
