PINE RIVER RANCHES LANDOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING, OCTOBER 4, 2022 AT 5:30 P.M.

WALCHAK RESIDENCE, 726 PINE RIVER RANCH CIRCLE, BAYFIELD, CO  81122

The meeting was called to order by President, Chip Burkett at 5:31 P.M.

Board members present were: Chip Burkett, Dan Long, Barbara Wickman, Florian Walchak and Jeanie Widner.

There were no guests present.

OLD BUSINESS

The purpose of this special board meeting was to discuss final plans for the upcoming Budget Meeting on Saturday, October 8, 2022 at the Holloway residence in their barn.  Chip stated that we would need a sign-in table.  Jeanie said she would bring one.  Florian will check on the sound system from the library.  Dan said he would sweep the barn and provide a second table for Chip and Florian to stand at when they spoke to the members.  Chip said he would check in with Dan on Friday to help set up and Ron Widner will bring the table up then also.  Jeanie stated that she already had two (2) proxies in hand.  The sign-up sheet is ready and copies of the proposed budget, which Florian will present. Chip said he thought it would be a good idea to poll the members in attendance for their feedback on what they would like to see in future budgets.  There was discussion on road maintenance needs and that could be one issue that might need to be changed in future budgets, if the members want to see more work done on our roads.

After Florian presents the proposed budget, if no one makes a motion to reject the budget as presented, according to our by-laws, it automatically goes into effect.  No vote is required.

Florian will then present a bridge update.  There is not a lot to report but we want to keep the membership as informed as we can.

Having accomplished the purpose of this special meeting, Florian moved the meeting be adjourned and Barbara seconded.  Vote to approved was 5-0 at 5:54 P.M.
