BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING – NOVEMBER 10, 2020 – 6:30 P.M.

The meeting was called to order by President, Chip Burkett at 6:33 P.M.
Board of Directors present: Chip Burkett, Jeremy Luman and Jeanie Widner
MINUTES OF OCTOBER 6, 2020 – Jeremy moved the minutes be approved, Jeanie seconded. Vote to approve 3-0.
MINUTES OF ANNUAL BUDGET MEETING, OCTOBER, 3, 2020 – Florian moved to approve, Jeanie seconded. Vote to approve 3-0.
TREASURER REPORT – Florian Walchak was absent, so Chip Burkett presented the treasurers’ report. GENERAL ACCOUNT balance is $14,464.78
WINTER ACCOUNT balance is $4,815.79
RESERVE ACCOUNT balance is $12,030.14
INVOICES TO BE PAID – $6,681.00 to Goff Engineering for Hydrology and Hydraulic Study
$100.00 to Chip Burkett for supplies for the bridge repair
$13.00 to John Dustin for the filing fee for the letter from Joe Ford
RECEIVABLES – Annual Assessments to date – $33,652.00
Impact fees – $0.00
Lien Payments- $0.00
LIEN STATUS- $3,175.53 outstanding balance
FISH FUND – $786.00
Jeanie Widner moved for approval of the treasurers’ report. Jeremy seconded. Vote to approve 3-0.
DESIGN COMMITTEE – The committee reviewed the proposed installation of solar panel at the Wickman residence and found them to be in compliance of association rules and guidelines, so gave their approval to proceed.
EMERGENCY ACCESS COMMITTEE – Chip reported that the committee is working on south exit alternatives with those who would need to grant access to us.
AED – Jeremy reported that he and Richard Diedrich will be the first 2 to go through the orientation provided by the company we purchased the units from. Others will follow in a timely manner.
Bridge update – Chip talked with Florian before he left town and reported that there is not much going on right now. We have 2 of the 4 studies completed and sent to FEMA. We are working on the completion of the other necessary studies.
The board discussed at length, a concern brought about a violation of the PPRLA Rules, Regulations and Guidelines. It has been previously addressed with the lot owner but has not been rectified. After much discussion about our next step, Jeremy volunteered to pay a personal visit to the lot owner and see if we can’t get the issue resolved.
2021 Annual letters and assessments will be mailed soon.
