Old Business:

Dust Abatement: well timed but with rain there are potholes. We don’t want to grade the road as it would ruin the application. There are potholes by bridge that we can fill if they get worse. Potholes by mailbox will be filled and rolled. Road to pond is wet with ruts. John will grade the road to the pond. We will have the road rolled in the spring.

Culvert: We should have the money to repair the culvert on upper Ludwig.

Internet: Century got back to John. They do not have the money in their budget to provide our neighborhood with faster internet. Skywerx is constructing a tower that may improve our internet speed. Rochelle Carlson is researching our options.

Pond: Click has not yet come out to assess the pond. The pond is full.

Bridge: OD Perry is back in town. He will check out the bridge and get back to us.

New Business:

Annual Meeting; Clays will have the meeting at their house. We will move the picnic tables to/from the pond to their house. Shane French has offered the use of his sound system.  We would like to offer a main dish other than hamburgers and hotdogs. We will inquire with Back Porch BBQ Catering to see what the cost would be for pulled pork. Pat will send out an email reminder for the meeting. Susan will put up a sign at the mailboxes.

Houses sold: 2 houses and 1 lot have sold recently. Pat will wait to update the neighborhood roster until we have the new neighbors contact information.

Building Plans Approval: Plans were reviewed for the Conway house on lot 53 in accordance with PRRLOA CC&Rs.   The house plans meet all guidelines for approval. The plans for the outbuildings will be needed including the type of siding and roof. Pat made a motion to approve the house plans, seconded by John Salsbury.
